CLASSES
Ease into your day with some lengthening and strengthening, as well as focus and relaxation. Each class should feel like it's all about you: whether you need to ease tension, find a bit of balance or just be and breathe. Yoga can help you unwind, de-stress, boost health and create more calm in your life.
Classes are for all abilities and no prior experience is necessary.

ABOUT HEATHER

Heather is a Yoga Alliance (USA) certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, RYT-200. She completed her teacher training in 2010.

The way Heather teaches is playful but personal. Students are always encouraged to do what feels right for them. Yoga should feel accessible, welcoming, peaceful, grounded and maybe even a little fun. Classes with Heather are generally a mix of vinyasa (flow) with yin (lingering and restorative poses), while adapting to students’ needs.

Heather was drawn to yoga's accommodating, physically challenging, yet calming nature. She initially found herself so focused on the physical aspect of the practice, that she had not realised how deeply meditative the practice inherently was. The mental and physical health + wellbeing boost lingered long after class ended. Heather aims to offer classes that do just that for her students.
TIPS
Remember to prebook your space.

Don't forget to bring your mat and bottle of water.
Dress comfortably and remember, yoga feels great when done barefoot.

Try to practice on an empty stomach, perhaps try a light meal 1-2 hours before class. This will help keep your energy levels up and blood sugars even.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class to help you get settled.

During class, listen to your body. Don't push beyond your limits.

Be sweet to yourself and smile!
